2. Fees and Payment
Payment Terms: You agree to pay the fees set forth in your Service Agreement or invoice. Monthly recurring services (such as ads management or SEO) are typically billed in advance.
Late Payments: Payments not received within 7 days of the due date may result in a service suspension.
Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital labor and advertising spend, all fees paid are non-refundable once work has commenced or ad spend has been committed, unless otherwise stated in writing.
3. Term and Cancellation
Unless your Service Agreement states otherwise, recurring services are billed month-to-month and may be cancelled by either party with 30 days’ written notice (email is sufficient). You remain responsible for fees for work performed and advertising spend committed through the end of the notice period.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Property: All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ITllect Agency and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Client Work Product: Upon receipt of full and final payment, the Client shall own the final deliverables created specifically for them (for example, a completed website or graphic design).
Agency Tools: ITllect Agency retains ownership of all know-how, pre-existing code, scripts, methodologies, and tools used to perform the services.
5. Professional Disclaimers (No Guarantees)
Third-Party Platforms: Our marketing services rely on third-party platforms (Google, Meta, and others). We have no control over their algorithm changes, policy updates, or service outages.
Results: While we use industry-standard best practices, ITllect Agency does not guarantee specific financial results, specific search engine rankings, or specific conversion rates. Marketing results vary based on market conditions and competition.
6. Client Responsibilities
To provide effective service, you agree to:
– Provide timely access to necessary accounts (such as Google Analytics, hosting, and social media);
– Provide accurate and legal content and images for use in marketing;
– Review and approve deliverables within the agreed-upon timeframe.
7. Email Communications
If you provide your email address to us, you consent to receive communications about our services, including administrative messages and marketing emails. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in any email. We do not send marketing text messages unless you have separately agreed to receive them.
8. Limitation of Liability
